教學工作
承擔《無機與分析化學實驗》、《化學原理實驗》等基礎化學教學任務擔擔汽,作為主要成員參與本茅乘埋舉科生校教改項目《以學生為中心的問題式實驗教學研究》,正在建設《化學原理與分析化學實驗》榮譽課程。指導本科生創新實踐計畫21人次,優秀率超過50%,本科畢業論文4人次優良率100%。
科研工作
從事無機固體材料,特別是微納米、多組分功能材料的設計合成和性能研究。立足於無機固體能源材料的設計合成,以光/電化學催化在能源領域的套用為背景,通過設計具有特殊組成和結構的無機功能材料,利用摻雜、缺陷、相變和形成半導體結等調控材料的能級結構、電荷分布和態密度等電特性,結合材料結構的最佳化調控物質擴散動力學,最終提高可再生能源的利用、轉化和存儲功效。
發表論文70餘篇,其中(共同)第一作者和通訊作者論文49篇, 5篇熱糠龍論文入選ESI高水平論文。已鍵捆紙發表論文他引總計1821次,H指數27。獲得中國國家授腿戰狼牛權發明專利12項。
主持科研項目7項:國家自然科學基金青年基轎危金(21501120)、973計畫二級課題(2014CB239702)、上海市自然科學基金探索類項目(17ZR1441200)、上海市晨光計畫(13CG10)、湖北省地質局科研項目(KJ2017-27)、上海交通大學新進教師啟動計畫和舟廈擔稀土資源利用國家重點實驗室(RERU2016024)等,總經費163.6萬元,已到校經費158.4萬元。參與上海市科委和企業委託研發項目3項。
