教學工作
承擔《無機與分析化學實驗》、《化學原理實驗》等基礎化學教學任務,作為主要成員參與本科生校教改項目《以學生為中心的問題式實驗教學研究》,正在建設《化學原理與分析化學實驗》榮譽課程。指導本科生創新實踐計畫21人次,優秀率超過50%,本科畢業論文4人次優良率100%。
科研工作
從事無機固體材料,特別是微納米、多組分功能材料的設計合成和性能研究。立足於無機固體能源材料的設計合成,以光/電化學催化在能源領域的套用為背景,通過設計具有特殊組成和結構的無機功能材料,利用摻雜、缺陷、相變和形成半導體結等調控材料的能級結構、電荷分布和態密度等電特性,結合材料結構的最佳化調控物質擴散動力學,最終提高可再生能源的利用、轉化和存儲功效。
發表論文70餘篇,其中(共同)第一作者和通訊作者論文49篇, 5篇論文入選ESI高水平論文。已發表論文他引總計1821次,H指數27。獲得中國國家授權發明專利12項。
主持科研項目7項:國家自然科學基金青年基金(21501120)、973計畫二級課題(2014CB239702)、上海市自然科學基金探索類項目(17ZR1441200)、上海市晨光計畫(13CG10)、湖北省地質局科研項目(KJ2017-27)、上海交通大學新進教師啟動計畫和稀土資源利用國家重點實驗室(RERU2016024)等,總經費163.6萬元,已到校經費158.4萬元。參與上海市科委和企業委託研發項目3項。
