施議對，台灣彰化人。出生於福建泉州。福建師範學院中文系畢業。杭州大學語言文學聽究室研究生結業。中國社會科學院文學博士，文學研究所原副研究員。現為澳門大學社會及人文科學學院中文系助理教授。
