宋代平，男，1978年2月生，工學博士，現任重慶大學機械機械工程學院副教授。主持國家自然科學基金、重慶市自然科學基金面上項目、軍工項目各一項，主研軍工橫向四項，編寫“xx設計規範”一冊。哈爾濱工業大學優秀畢業生，重慶工程圖學學會副秘書長。
