1979年出生，博士，研究員，碩士生導師，上海天文台射電天文科學與技術研究室副主任、射電天文觀測基地副首席科學家
曾主持國家自然科學基金、上海天文台重點培育項目等；入選上海市啟明星項目、中科院創新青年促進會；參加科技部973項目《宇宙第一縷曙光探測》和《SKA建設準備階段科學目標和關鍵技術研究》；在中科院空間科學戰略性先導科技專項《空間毫米波VLBI陣列背景型號研究》中擔任總體組成員；擔任上海65米射電望遠鏡副首席科學家、科學委員會學術秘書
