安天慶，男，1963年生，甘肅古浪人，理學博士，現為河海大學理學院院長，教授，博士生導師，九三學社成員，江蘇省“青藍工程”中青年學術帶頭人，江蘇省數學會理事， 美國數學會《Math Rew》評論員，南京市科技諮詢專家。 曾在美國Utah State University、南開大學陳省身數學研究所、四川大學揚子數學中心等國內外高校做訪問學者，高級訪問學者或訪問教授(visiting professor)。

為非線性泛函分析、微分方程與動力系統。 具體研究課題是臨界點理論與及其在微分方程中的套用，對Hamilton系統的周期解問題、橢圓型方程邊值問題有深刻研究， 並取得了一系列理論性成果，已發表研究論文30餘篇， 多次獲省廳級科技進步獎，主持或參與國家自然科學基金等多項科研項目。
