孔雲虹

孔雲虹 博士,昆明學院教授,2007年8月任中山大學“百人計畫”特聘教授,博導。現任昆明學院資源植物開發利用研究所所長和生命科學與技術系系副主任。

人物經歷

1983年7月獲雲南大學生物系學士。
1986年7月獲雲南大學微生物研究所碩士。
1986年10月至1998年6月在昆明理工大學環境工程系任教(曾任助教,講師,副教授)。
1992年2月至1994年2月在荷蘭Delft技術大學Kluyver生物技術實驗室任訪問學者及助研。
1998年6月燥寒頁至2001年6月在澳大利亞La Trobe大學生物技術研究中心攻讀博士學位希廈遷。
2001年11月至2002年12月在新加坡國立大學民用工程系做博士後您講祖。
2003年2月至2007年殃拜虹巴7月在丹麥Aalborg大學環境工程系任助教及副教授。
2007年8月任中山大學“百人計畫”特聘教授,博導。
2008年3月至2011年10月在加拿大農業部Lethbridge研究中心做NSERC訪問學者。
2012年1月到昆明學院生命科學與技術系工作。

1) 城市及工業污水處理生物技術
2) 有機固廢生物處理及綜合利用
3) 動物營養及其微生物學過程
4) 動物飼料配方與甲烷排放
5) 複雜生態系統中功能菌群包括纖維素、蛋白質、糖水化合物降解菌群的研究
6) 分子微生物生態學方法的開發及利用
2.主要研究手段:
恆化器,SBR, 多聚酶鏈反應PCR), 梯度變性膠電泳(DGGE), 克隆實驗室分析,rRNA衍化分析,引物(Primer)及基因探頭設計,螢光原員頸位雜化(FISH), 克隆-螢光原位雜化(Clone-FISH), 顯微放射自顯影-螢光原位雜化(MAR-FISH), 二氧化碳顯微放射自顯影(HetCO2-MAR), 穩定同位素示蹤(Stable isotope probing), 螢光顯微術,confocal雷射顯微術。
3.主要講授課程:
微生物學》,《環境微生物學》,《環境生態學》,《高級檔尋閥廢水處理生物技術》,《分晚戲遙晚子微生物生態學》,《活性污泥微生物學》。
