姜淑貞,女,1972年11月出生,山東省臨清市人,博士,副教授,碩士生導師。主要從事動物營養、飼料加工、添加劑的研究工作。主講《飼料添加劑》、《動物營養學》、《動物營養綜合試驗》本科課程以及《動物營養與飼料科學》教學實習和《科研訓練實習模組》的實踐教學。現主持山東省農業科技成果轉化資金項目——高效環保型肉牛專用添加劑及低氮銅排放技術套用與推廣,曾參加國家“九五”攻關成果推廣課題、國家“十五”攻關課題、
國家863計畫、國家科技支撐計畫子專題等科研課題;同時參加科技橫向聯合課題多項。編寫《飼料配合工藝學》、《
飼料分析與檢測技術》等著作6部。在《Asian-Australasian Journal of Animal Sciences》、《Livestock Science》、《
畜牧獸醫學報》等國內外學術刊物發表論文20餘篇。獲獎成果4項,已鑑定的成果有5項。
