薄膜沉積: 磁控濺射、電子束蒸發、等離子加強氣相沉積、電鍍沉積
圖案化工藝: 紫外線光刻機、自動除膠機、反應離子刻蝕
測試儀器: 半導體參數儀、原子力顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡、阻抗分析儀、矢量網路分析儀
【主要研究方向】
1.射頻集成無源器件的設計和加工,包括無源電容、螺旋電感、薄膜電阻、濾波器、功分器等器件級的仿真、製備和測量;
2.射頻集成感測器,包括射頻生物感測器、可穿戴溫濕度感測器;
3.新型半導體材料,包括高k值介電材料、金屬氧化物半導體材料、新型納米材料及其在光電探測器和生物感測器中的套用。
