工作成果（獎勵、專利等）
負責完成國家自然科學基金，863項目，省部重點項目等6項，開發出一系列用於連鑄生產現場的線上檢測技術方法和具有理論意義的研究成果，與寶鋼、鞍鋼、沙鋼、南鋼等合作項目8項，在多個鋼廠套用。指導的研究生已畢業33人，其中博士7人。曾任遼寧省機械工程學會鑄造分會第六屆理事會副理事長（2004～2007）。曾獲遼寧省青年骨幹教師獎，中國金屬學會青年優秀論文獎。2008年開發中國家連鑄會議上受邀做大會報告。相關的研究結果分別在同行業國內外最高水平雜誌上發表。總計發表期刊論文110餘篇(SCI收錄40篇、EI收錄42篇)，專利授權3項。著作：凝固科學基礎，方大成,姚曼,徐久軍,王旭東，科學出版社,2013.3；完成第13章 “連鑄結晶器專家系統”（4.5 萬字），連鑄結晶器，蔡開科等編著，北京，冶金工業出版社，2008年10月。
