本片講述法國當紅女星莎樂是萬千寵愛集一身的萬人迷；其夫伊凡則是出色的體育新聞記者，是一個不折不扣的大醋罈，對太太的演藝事業似乎不太支持，尤其見她被民眾擁擠的時候。當整個巴黎的人都似乎在跟自己的老婆談戀愛，這個終日疑心生暗鬼、自顧自憐的大丈夫，感覺前所未有的難堪。他一心當個「跟得」丈夫，可是越看，妒火就越燒得旺。如此一對吃醋小夫妻，最終如何收場？
