項目摘要
現代信息和感測技術迫切需要深入發展壓電聲波器件中的彈性波傳播理論及高效分析方法,重點研究非線性效應、梯度效應、偏場因素以及結構複雜因素等對壓電器件性能的影響規律,為設計小型、高頻和穩定的壓電聲波諧振器提供分析和設計工具。通過精確計算壓電器件的電路參數,同時考慮有限偏場效應,即可精確確定器件的性能參數漂移,進行諧振器精確設計和最佳化。研究將從壓電彈性力學的一般非線性方程出發,在選擇了適當的振動模態後,針對常見板狀結構推導類似於Mindlin和Lee高階板理論的二維方程並進行必要的截斷、修正和簡化,並利用直行波解對方程的有效性和套用範圍進行驗證。在完整的高階方程基礎上進行高頻振動的有限元分析,同時考慮偏場效應,最終求出複雜諧振器結構振動的精確數值解。通過實驗測定高階材料常數,完善壓電聲波諧振器精確分析的一般方法,並對理論計算結果通過彈性體表面變形的雷射測試加以驗證。
