塗金星

塗金星,男,1964年1月出生。華中農業大學教授,博導。1997年華中農業大學農學系作物遺傳育種專業獲博士學位並留校任教。1999年、2001年、2004年分別赴加拿大曼尼托巴大學(University of Manitoba)、加拿大DNALANDMARKS公司、瑞典SVALOF WEIBULL AB公司進行合作研究。主持多項國家課題。在國內、外刊物上發表論文20多篇。套用研究:重點開發雜交油菜新的利用途徑。套用基礎研究:重點開展甘藍型油菜雄性不育和雜種優勢機理的基礎研究。目前在讀碩士研究生10人,博士研究生14人,在職博士研究生2人。

工作經歷

1992年考取華中農業大學碩士研究生,師從傅廷棟院士,期間提前攻讀博士學位。
1997年獲作物遺傳育種專業博士學位並留校任教。
1999年至2000年赴加拿大曼尼托巴大學(University of Manitoba)分子遺傳實驗室,從事油菜抗病基因表達等方面的分子生物學研究,並學習生物信息學研究方法。
2000年至2001年在DNALandMarks 公司(BASF, Plant Science)從事SNP分析工作。
2004 年赴瑞典SVALOF WEIBULL AB 實驗室完成了隱性細胞核雄性不育抑制基因的定位,並學習轉基因植物安全檢測方法。
2006 年在加拿大曼尼托巴大學(University of Manitoba)植物科學系合作進行白菜雄性不育基因克隆及BAC文庫構建等研究。
