地點狀語

地點狀語是一種修飾詞，從句表示地點、 方位， 這類從句通常由where引導。

例如：

Where there is a will, there is a way.
有志者， 事竟成。

They will go where they are happy.
他們想到他們覺得快樂的地方去。

1. 地點狀語從句由where，wherever，引導，如：
   We must camp where we can get water. 我們必須在能找到水的地方露營。
2. 地點狀語從句與定語從句的區別
   where引導定語從句時，從句前應有一個表示地點的名詞作先行詞；而狀語從句前則無需先行詞。如：
