項目摘要
黃瓜連作土傳枯萎病嚴重限制了設施農業和大田黃瓜的生產。本項目在田間防治的基礎上,擬採用室內盆栽培養、土壤-營養液聯合培養的方法,研究黃瓜在連作土壤上病原菌侵染與黃瓜枯萎病發病的內在聯繫。通過分析發病植株體內的水分關係,及其在病原菌侵染後的變化情況,探討不同發病情況的植株水分吸收與運輸之間的內在聯繫。研究病原菌侵染與毒素產生部位及其作用方式,闡明黃瓜葉片萎蔫的原因,理論上揭示土傳黃瓜枯萎病發病的生理生化機制。本研究將植物營養生理學與植物病理學有機結合起來,項目研究成果不僅為研究土傳黃瓜枯萎病發病機制開拓新的思路,也有助於為生產中進一步提高黃瓜抗枯萎病提供理論依據。
