作者簡介
翁里，籍貫福建福州，下鄉知青，中共黨員。1988年7月畢業於西南政法大學刑偵專業，獲法學碩士學位。l991年1月至1993年2月，赴美國瓦爾帕萊索大學法學院學習。歸國後，現任浙江大學光華法學院碩士研究生導師；兼任浙江警察學院客座教授、浙江省國際經濟法研究會秘書長，《中華人民共和國出入境法》立法論證專家之一。
研究領域為：偵查學、司法鑑定學、國際移民法。曾主持多項省部級課題；已出版的著作有《國際移民法理論與實踐》、《犯罪偵查學》、《美國法律概論》、《國家安全與反滲透問題研究》、《超級謀殺者的心理畫像》、《轉型期居民安全指南》等；在《中國社會科學文摘》等國內外刊物上用中英文發表專業論文80餘篇。其中若干論著榮獲省部級優秀成果獎。
內容簡介
《國際移民法學》闡明了國際移民法學的研究對象及其理論體系，強調移民立法必須堅持“遷徙自由”等四項基本原則，在比較國際社會現行護照、簽證和國籍法律制度的基礎上，簡述了亞洲、歐洲、美洲、非洲及大洋洲若干國家的移民法律與政策，指出《申根協定》對國際移民活動的影響將是深遠的。《國際移民法學》的出版有助於《中華人民共和國出入境法》的制定，對指導我國公安、外事機關出入境管理部門的業務工作，對依法規範移民中介、留學中介、勞務輸出中介亦有參考價值。
