《21世紀法學規劃教材·教育部“國家雙語教學示範課程”教材：國際商法（雙語系列）（第3版）》自第二版以來，受到越來越多讀者的關懷和厚愛，連續印刷8次，此次做第三版修改：一再一次糾正了第二版中存在的拼寫及語法錯誤；第二，增加了部分新的內容，提高了《21世紀法學規劃教材·教育部“國家雙語教學示範課程”教材：國際商法（雙語系列）（第3版）》的實踐價值，新增了一些近年來國際商會等國際組織陸續出台的規範，還增加了一部分開發中國家如何充分利用WTO贏得合理權益的內容，希望本書可以在讀者一如既往的關愛下為中國的法治建設和促進國際貿易的發展做出更大貢獻。
作者簡介
姜作利，山東大學法學院教授，法學博士。19682年獲英語語言文學學士學位，1990年獲國際經濟法碩士學位，2007年獲法理學博士學位。主要研究國際經濟法和法律英語。曾應邀赴二十多個國家的大學做研究工作和講學，精通英語、義大利語、法語、西班牙語及拉丁語等語言，我國最早使用英語講授國際經濟法的學者之一，現擔任教育部、山東省及山東大學雙語教學示範課程，被聘為教育部雙語示範課程評審專家。承擔國家級及部級研究項目多項，出版專著多部，發表論文六十餘篇，被聘為法務部研究項目評審專家。
