國際（地區）合作研究項目申請書撰寫提綱
國際（地區）合作研究項目採用網上填寫申請書方式。申請書由基本信息表、報告正文和相關附屬檔案材料三部分構成。
一、信息表格
請在指定的位置選擇或按要求輸入正確信息，信息填寫必須保證準確清楚。
請申請人注意：您的申請書“基本信息表”一頁的內容在獲得資助後將以在基金委的網站等適當形式向社會公開，凡涉及保密和智慧財產權問題的內容不得寫入，項目依託單位須認真核查。必須寫入摘要中的保密內容應特殊聲明，並說明理由。其聲明和說明以書面形式作為附屬檔案隨同紙質申請書一併申報，內容保密的摘要未提交聲明而被公開的責任自負。

1.雙方優勢、特色所在，與本項目有關的研究工作積累和已取得的研究工作成績；
2.已具備的實驗條件，尚缺少的實驗條件和擬解決的途徑（包括利用其他機構實驗條件的計畫與落實情況）。
（四）合作方投入情況：匹配經費、儀器設備、關鍵技術等等。

包括合作雙方主持人和主要參加者的列表。
3.合作研究計畫、分工和進度
簡述研究課題的內容，清楚闡明合作雙方分別承擔的研究工作和相應責任，必要時需提出時間表。
4.經費來源和使用
簡述雙方合作研究的經費來源和如何使用，必要時外國合作方需提供相關證明或書面承諾
5.智慧財產權歸屬、使用和轉移
闡述合作研究成果的歸屬、使用或共享等有關約定；
6.研究期限、變更和退出
寫明合作研究的起止日期，如何處理項目結題前項目主持人和主要參加人的變更等。
7.協定法律效力的約定
協定生效、有效期、中止等的有關約定
8.雙方項目主持人簽字及協定的簽署時間與地點
協定請用合作雙方任意一方所在機構抬頭和相關信息（地址、電話、傳真、電子郵件）的稿紙列印。
