喻穎,女,博士,2014年9月加入中山大學工作,現為中山大學電子與信息工程學院副教授,在包括Advanced Material、Nano Letters 、Nanoscale、Scientific Reports在內的國際學術期刊上發表論文20餘篇。

半導體低維(量子阱、量子線、量子點、超晶格等)異質結構的分子束外延(MBE)生長、高性能量子光源的設計及製備。
目前研究方向主要包括:半導體量子點雷射器、半導體量子點微納量子光源。
