本書主要介紹了如下內容:商務寫作的原則與商務信函的結構組成與格式,商務寫作中的常用表達和常用句型,日常工作常用的四種商務信函類型的寫作,傳統對外貿易信函的寫作,其他商務信函的寫作等。通過對商務英語理論教學和實踐教學經驗的總結,在強調寫作能力的基礎上,更加突出商務英語寫作的特點。
