唐建軍，中國人民大學農業與農村發展學院教授，受聘中國人民大學“傑出學者計畫”，中國農業技術經濟學會青年學者委員會秘書長。2014年畢業於荷蘭格羅寧根大學經濟地理系，獲資源與環境經濟學博士學位，師從歐洲環境與資源經濟學家學會(EAERE)創始人和首屆主席Henk Folmer教授。博士論文獲得博士就讀院校的Cum Laude（優等）稱號，該稱號只有5%的優秀博士畢業生可獲得，並獲得格羅寧根大學2014年度最佳畢業論文提名。主持國家自然科學基金兩項。截止目前已經在中英文學術期刊發表學術論文30餘篇，其中以第一作者身份或通訊作者身份在《中國農村經濟》（4篇）、《中國農村觀察》、Food Policy、Journal of Agricultural Economics、Agricultural Economics、Journal of Environmental Management、Habitat International、Cities、Journal of Rural Studies、Land Use Policy、Environmental Science & Policy、Science of the Total Environment等知名農業經濟、農村發展、環境管理類期刊發表論文。在健康經濟學領域研究成果以第一作者或通訊作者身份發表於Lancet Global Health、Lancet Regional Health – Western Pacific、International Journal of Obesity等期刊。已發表論文影響因子總和超過160，總被引用1000餘次，H指數為19。長期擔任30餘本SCI/SSCI期刊的審稿人，曾受邀赴美國、荷蘭、英國、土耳其、奧地利、希臘等多個國家參加國際學術會議並做主題報告。
