工作簡歷

1986年起在北京郵電大學任教，歷任北京郵電大學財務處處長、管理與人文學院院長、經濟管理學院黨委書記和經濟管理學院執行院長，現兼任教育部戰略研究培育基地——高水平研究型大學發展戰略研究中心副主任、北京郵電大學校學術委員會常委和人文與管理學科組組長

科學研究

研究方向

政府電信管制政策研究（包括電信市場準入、市場競爭、互聯互通、電信資費、普遍服務、電信資源等方面）、企業發展戰略研究（包括發展規劃、商業模式、可行性研究、資本運作等）、 企業市場行銷策劃（包括基礎電信業務和增值電信業務，如網際網路業務、寬頻業務、移動通信業務等）。

研究成果

項目　

完成包括國家自然科學基金項目、中國科學院項目、信息產業部項目、國內大型電信企業科研項目在內的眾多科研項目，其中有為信息產業部完成的電信用戶滿意度指數測評工作和制定了正式技術規範《中國電信計費帳務體制》等。
