周炳升,1965年1月出生於山東榮成,責任研究員,博士研究生導師,環境毒理組組長。畢業於武漢大學生物系,獲學士(1986),碩士學位(1989)。於香港城市大學獲理學博士學位(2000)。於加拿大McMaster大學生物系做博士後研究,隨後在香港城市大學海岸污染與環境保護研究中心工作。2005年1月入選中國科學院“百人計畫”。研究方向為環境毒理學,特別是有機污染物對水生生物作用的分子機制、危險評價、健康危害及生態毒理學效應。現擔任《科學通報》(Chinese Science Bulletin) 、《環境化學》、《生態毒理學報》,<Environmental Toxicology & Chemistry>,<Journal of Environmental Sciences>編委,是中國化學會環境化學專業委員會委員。獲得2011年度中國科學院優秀研究生導師獎和2012年度中國科學院朱李月華優秀教師獎。
