周海俊，男，浙江永嘉人，深圳大學教授。1992-1995年就讀於溫州中學；1995-2005年就讀於同濟大學橋樑工程系並分別獲得學士、碩士和博士學位；曾於2005-2007年在香港理工大學土木與結構工程學系進修，後至深圳大學土木工程學院任教，2017年5月-2018年5月訪問美國哥倫比亞大學土木工程與工程力學系（國家留基委公派）。
深圳大學優秀學者，深圳市海外高層次人才(孔雀計畫)C類，深圳市高層次專業人才後備級，深圳市南山區領航計畫人才。現任深圳大學智慧交通與安全運維研究院副院長，深圳大學土木工程學院土木工程系系主任。
