動態系統專業博士學位。
工作經歷
2000年至今美國路易斯安那州立大學電氣與計算機工程系終身正教授。
2002年至2006年任美國路易斯安那州立大學電氣與計算機工程系系主任。
社會兼職
曾任及現任多個國際頂尖期刊編輯(Associate Editor), 其中包括Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, SIAM Journal of Control and Optimization, and Systems and Control Letters。 分別被授予Oskar R. Menton Endowed Professorship, Michel B. Voorhies Distinguished Professorship of Electrical Engineering, Mark and Carolyn Campbell Guidry Professorship, Roy Paul Daniels Distinguished Professorship。

發表了60多篇期刊論文並出版了3本享譽國際控制界專著與教材, 包括 “魯棒控制基礎”(Essentials of Robust Control), “反饋控制導論” (Introduction to Feedback Control), 和“魯棒與最優控制”(Robust and Optimal Control, 是控制領域必讀的經典,97年被譯為日文,02年被譯為中文)。 論著至2012年被引用(SCI)總計6,800多次 (Google Scholar 引用 11,800多次 ) 。曾任及現任多個國際期刊編輯(Associate Editor),數十次擔任國際學術會議程式委員和分會主席。
