2001年和2004年獲復旦大學理學學士和碩士學位，於2010年獲得美國加州大學伯克利分校凝聚態物理博士學位。從2010至2012年在美國強磁場國家實驗室從事博士後研究。2012年被聘為美國布魯克海文國家實驗室助理研究員，2014年晉升副研究員，2017年晉升為正研究員。現為西湖大學理學院特聘研究員。
