研究方向
1. 肥胖的遺傳病因學機制。基於青島市雙生子募集登記系統，將分子生物學技術和傳統流行病學方法相結合，開展成人肥胖的遺傳病因學研究，從基因序列變異和表觀遺傳修飾效應兩個角度，全面探索肥胖的致病機制和疾病生物學通路。
2. 環境因素對慢性非傳染病的影響。利用《青島市糖尿病佇列》、國內外公共資料庫、以及Meta分析的方法，探索睡眠、體力活動、水果蔬菜攝入、微量元素攝入、鎘暴露、高尿酸對肥胖、2型糖尿病、高血壓、乳腺癌、軀體功能、認知功能、抑鬱等疾病/表型的影響，為社區慢性病的防治工作及健康老齡化工作提供理論依據。
