個人簡介

吳正超，博士，副研究員，碩士生導師。近年主要從事海洋浮游生態過程及其碳匯功能方面的研究，關注海洋原位環境下關鍵浮游生物碳功能群之間的相互作用。研究聚焦于海洋微型生物代謝物的時空分布、對浮游生物群落的化學生態學效應及其對海洋碳匯的調控潛力，重點探討其在近海富營養化藻華、藻源顆粒有機碳沉降與降解過程、近岸低氧區形成機制等方面的影響。學術成果方面：已發表學術論文30餘篇，包括中科院2區及以上SCI論文20餘篇，例如Progress in Oceanography、Biogeosciences、JGR-Biogeosciences、JGR-Oceans、Limnologyand Oceanography、Science of the Total Environment、Journal of Natural Products、Marine Drugs、MarineEcology Progress Series、Deep-Sea Research等刊源，申請發明專利多件。承擔項目方面：近年主持國家自然科學基金、國家留學基金、廣東省自然科學基金合計4項；主持廈門大學近海海洋環境科學國家重點實驗室開放基金1項；參與國家重點研發計畫項目課題2項，參與南方海洋科學與工程廣東省實驗室（廣州）重大專項等。榮譽兼職方面：獲得國家公派專項研究生獎學金、中國科學院地奧獎學金等獎勵；應邀為國內外多個學術期刊審稿。
