海洋浮游生態與碳匯;海洋化學生態學

個人簡介

吳正超,博士,副研究員,碩士生導師。近年主要從事海洋浮游生態過程及其碳匯功能方面的研究,關注海洋原位環境下關鍵浮游生物碳功能群之間的相互作用。研究聚焦于海洋微型生物代謝物的時空分布、對浮游生物群落的化學生態學效應及其對海洋碳匯的調控潛力,重點探討其在近海富營養化藻華、藻源顆粒有機碳沉降與降解過程、近岸低氧區形成機制等方面的影響。學術成果方面:已發表學術論文30餘篇,包括中科院2區及以上SCI論文20餘篇,例如Progress in Oceanography、Biogeosciences、JGR-Biogeosciences、JGR-Oceans、Limnologyand Oceanography、Science of the Total Environment、Journal of Natural Products、Marine Drugs、MarineEcology Progress Series、Deep-Sea Research等刊源,申請發明專利多件。承擔項目方面:近年主持國家自然科學基金、國家留學基金、廣東省自然科學基金合計4項;主持廈門大學近海海洋環境科學國家重點實驗室開放基金1項;參與國家重點研發計畫項目課題2項,參與南方海洋科學與工程廣東省實驗室(廣州)重大專項等。榮譽兼職方面:獲得國家公派專項研究生獎學金、中國科學院地奧獎學金等獎勵;應邀為國內外多個學術期刊審稿。
