吳國睿，男，畢業於台灣科技大學，博士，大連理工大學商學院副教授、碩士生導師。
兼任國際商業創新與科技管理協會秘書長與亞太商業創新與科技管理期刊副主編，曾擔任過《Sustainability》和《Management of Environmental Quality》的客座主編及多本SCI/SSCI期刊審稿人。2011年於菲律賓德拉薩大學取得管理碩士學位，2016年於台灣科技大學工業管理系取得博士學位。研究主要著重於多準則決策(Multi-Criteria Decision Making)、可持續發展(Sustainable Development)、生態創新(Eco-innovation)和可持續供應鏈管理(Sustainable Supply Chain Management)。曾參與過歐盟FP7項目兩項，主持國家自然科學青年基金、遼寧省社會科學規劃基金、遼寧省科協創新智庫等各類項目。並且在《Business Strategy and Environemnt》、《International Journal of Production Economics》、《Journal of Cleaner Production》、《Resources, Conservation and Recycling》、《Technological Forecasting and Social Change》、《Industrial Management and Data Systems》等國際知名期刊發表30餘篇文章，他引次數達450餘次，H-index為11，ESI高被引論文3篇，並撰寫『Supply Chain Management in the Big Data Era』一書中的第十二章；更獲得遼寧省自然科學學術成果三等獎(2017)、大連市優秀科技成果一等獎(2017)和盤錦市自然科學學術成果一等獎(2017和2018)。
