吳仁彪,男,1966年出生,湖北黃陂人,教授,博士生導師,中國民航大學副校長。共發表學術論文160餘篇,其中在國際刊物和重要國際會議發表論文70餘篇,被國際著名的檢索工具SCI和EI收錄90餘篇,10多次榮獲全國性學術會議優秀論文獎。教育部科技論文線上在“優秀學者”欄目中為其建立了個人學術專欄。

●1985.5-1991.1: 提前高中畢業,免試特招進入西北工業大學首屆教改試點班學習,並用五年半時間(提前一年大學畢業)同時取得該校通信工程專業學士學位和信號、電路與系統專業碩士學位。
●1991.3-1994.4: 西安電子科技大學雷達信號處理國防科技重點實驗室博士生。在中國科學院院士保錚教授的指導下,1994年7月獲該校信號與信息處理專業(國家級重點學科)博士學位。由於科研和學習成績突出,畢業時他被授予1994年度電子工業部優秀博士畢業生稱號。
●1994.5-1996.2: 西北工業大學航海工程學院博士後,合作導師是中國工程院馬遠良院士。95年12月破格晉升為副教授。
●1996.3-1997.2: 美國Virginia Tech大學智慧型交通運輸(ITS)研究中心博士後。

科研業績
96年出國之前,作為主要完成人,先後參加了2項國家重點項目的攻關工作。“機載雷達時空二維自適應濾波”獲1994年度電子工業部科技進步一等獎,“時空二維自適應信號處理”獲得1997年國家教委科技進步二等獎(甲類)。解決了“複雜陣列結構下寬容波束形成”這一重大技術難題,並國家重點項目中套用成功,目前該技術已獲國家發明專利。
96年-98年在美期間,先後參加了世界上首條智慧型高速公路的方案論證和由美國國家科學基金委等部門主持的5個有關合成孔徑雷達成像、目標識別和超寬頻探地雷達信號處理、超解析度時延估計等方面的項目的研究工作。
99年回國之後,在國內先後主持完成國家863高技術計畫(2項)、國家自然科學基金(3項)、教育部優秀青年教師資助計畫等20餘個項目。研究內容包括民航無線電干擾監測與抑制、全球衛星導航系統抗干擾技術、穩健自適應陣列信號處理、高解析度雷達成像與自動目標識別、探地雷達信號處理等。研究成果獲得省部級科技成果一等獎2項,二等獎4項,三等獎1項,國家發明專利2項。3個項目的研究成果分別被國家自然科學基金委和國家863專家組評為“特優”和“優秀”。
2007年他負責的在研項目包括:國家傑出青年基金和海外傑出青年合作研究基金各1項,國家863項目2項(參與1項),天津市重大科技攻關項目1項,民航總局科技項目2項。
