工作履歷
2005年7月畢業於中國科學院研究生院並獲得博士學位（培養單位：中科院昆明動物研究所），後分配在中南林業科技大學工作。期間曾於2008年1-12月維也納大學和維也納獸醫大學短期訪問，2013年9月-2014年9月在劍橋大學動物學系訪問。訪問期間短期訪問了劍橋大學位於南非Kalahari的Meerkat研究基地和位於蘇格蘭St Kilda的Red deer研究基地。
從2002年開始先後在在西藏、雲南、貴州、四川和湖北的原始森林中從事我國滇金絲猴、黔金絲猴、川金絲猴和怒江金絲猴生態學研究。是我國唯一開展過四種金絲猴生態學研究的學者。

在《科學通報》、《Biological Conservation》、《Plos one》、《American Journal of Primatology》等國際國內雜誌發表科研論文40多篇，其中第一作者和通訊作者SCI收錄論文20多篇，參編專著《High Altitude Primates》（Springer New York）。
