卞文娟,學歷:2002.3-2005.3 浙江大學環境工程研究所,工學博士;1999.9-2002.3 西安理工大學水利水電學院環境工程專業,工學碩士;工作經歷:1992.7-1999.9 陝西蒲城發電廠化學分場,分別從事補給水處理、污水處理以及中心實驗室技術工作;2005.3至今 蘇州大學材料與化學化工學部。
