為實現“碳達峰、碳中和”戰略目標,推動能源高質量發展,構建經濟高效的區域級綜合能源系統是有效的途徑。國網山東省電力公司經濟技術研究院開展了區域級綜合能源系統規劃與評估的相關研究,組織編寫了本書,旨在為推動區域級綜合能源系統的建設落地提供參考。
