公司成立於2010年9月，註冊資本1000萬人民幣。現有員工120人，其中管理人員13人，研發人員24人，一線車間生產及管理人員83人。此外，公司持續加大研發投入，聘請清華大學及中科院教授級顧問5人，建有先進的實驗室，擁有完善的研發創新能力。公司生產車間位於河北省張家口市，設計產能1000噸氯代苯酐。
我們的主要產品是3-氯代苯酐和4-氯代苯酐，其中4-氯代苯酐含量可達到99.9%，3-氯代苯酐可達到98%以上，質量穩定可靠，可提供公斤級樣品供檢測鑑定，可長期批量供應。據我們了解，國際市場上的單氯代苯酐最大的生產廠家是日本的宇部興產，但是其產品只有4-氯代苯酐，純度也只能達到80%左右，由於技術問題，還不能生產3-氯代苯酐。鑒於此，我們在該產品上具備一定的優勢和競爭力，真誠希望和貴公司能夠精誠合作。
發展大事記
2004年——組建研發團隊，開始公關氯代苯酐生產工藝。
2006年——實驗室小試實驗取得成功，並完成產品鑑定相關工作。
2009年——進行500公斤級中試，一次性取得成功。
2010年9月——註冊成立北京龍和綠谷科技有限公司，並投資建廠。
2010年12月——工業級大生產試車成功，實現工業化生產。
產品及套用
公司的主要產品有：3-氯代鄰苯二甲酸酐、4-氯代鄰苯二甲酸酐、3-氯代鄰苯二甲酸、4-氯代鄰苯二甲酸、3-氯代鄰苯二甲酸單鈉鹽、4-氯代鄰苯二甲酸單鈉鹽和3-硝基鄰苯二甲酸等系列產品。
上述產品廣泛用於生產聚醯亞胺高分子材料、磁性螢光雙功能材料、新一代高存儲信息材料、低損耗高頻微波通訊器件、磁感測、磁密封、磁禁止、磁分離器件、染料、印刷油墨、抗腫瘤藥物、活性基因化合物、治療高血壓藥物、抗心血管生成藥物、抗高血糖藥、鎮痙劑、植物生長調節劑、除草劑、有機物抗氧劑、殺菌劑和驅蟲劑等。
現已建成全球最大的3-氯代鄰苯二甲酸酐和4-氯代鄰苯二甲酸酐千噸級規模生產線。

Background
Relying on the technological expertise of organizations such as Tsinghua University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we are committed to the industrialization of new materials and fine chemicals. Beijing Long Green Valley has successfully developed the world-leading technological process to produce mono-chlorophthalic anhydride, solving the raw materials bottle-neck in polyimide industrialization. The success plays an important role in the advanced materials improvement for human beings.
Beijing Long Green Valley was established in September, 2010 with registered capital of 10 million Yuan. There are 120 employees in the company, including 13 managers, 24 research staff and 83 working in the manufacturing plants. In addition to our current breakthroughs, the company has made efforts to strengthen its R&D by recruiting several professors from Tsinghua University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. At the same time, advanced laboratories were built to help the company develop innovative processes for new products.
Our main products include 3-chlorophthalic anhydride and 4-chlorophthalic anhydride. Our production process can achieve a purity of 99.9% for 4-chlorophthalic anhydride and 98% for 3-chlorophthalic anhydride. The quality of our products is reliable and quantity is stable, samples in kilograms can be provided at any time. We are aware of another international company which is also specialized in 4-chlorophthalic anhydride production, but it can only achieve 80% purity, and the company can not produce 3-chlorophthalic anhydride. Compared to their products, our products will be very competitive not only in price but also in purity.
Company Milestones
2004 – Started to build a research and development team to develop the process to produce mono-chlorophthalic anhydride;
2006 – Succeeded in the lab verification and completed product appraisal;
2009 – Successfully completed pilot production on a 500kg scale;
Sep., 2010 – Beijing Long Green Valley Technology Co., Ltd was registered and construction of the manufacturing plants was begun.
Dec., 2010 – Succeeded in industrial-scale production verification and the industrial production was started from then on.
