北京御舜堂醫學研究院是由原中國醫院管理促進會理事長、中國人民大學商學院工商企業管理碩士MBA理事，中國專利“套管針灸刀”發明家石洪印教授於2008年投資並經國家工商部門特許批准的權威性科研機構，融合世界遺產之針灸與微創為一體的國家實用新型專利“套管針灸刀”的理論臨床研究與推廣。北京御舜堂醫學研究院座落於國際性大都市北京中關村國家科技園內，是“北京知識產權局2011年專利試點單位”，在北京中醫藥大學及中國中醫科學院眾多專家的支持下，既有多年服務黨和國家領導人的紅牆醫生，又有京城名醫的弟子和傳人，同時還聘請了多位國家級中醫專家，國務院特殊貢獻津貼獲得者、博士生導師、主任醫師、大學教授及優秀中青年醫生，瞄準國際前沿醫學並結合兩千餘年的《黃帝內經》記載：“以疼為俞”和“必刺其處、勿令復起”等理論為指導，並擬補了八百餘年的《針灸資生經》中“針灸受病處”中的骨傷部分中所丟失的內容，現已形成“觸診知病因所在”、“針受病處”、“獨創微創引流術理論”、“藉助套管進針無疼”、“針到十分鐘疼痛必效”的《套管針灸刀療法》特色診療體系。
本院以自主智慧財產權為主，專業致力於“套管針灸刀”的研製，為世界人民健康服務。
本院內設：針灸研發部、專利技術推广部、國際行銷中心、智慧財產權保護部，並建立以北京、石家莊、鄭州、濟南為臨床培訓基地，輻射全國及東南亞各國乃至世界。
本院宗旨：“集老子思想之大成做道德產品”“習孔子儒家之經典傳人性化銷售”。
