項目摘要
本項目擬選取一系列-OH、-NH2、-SiR3功能化離子液體,將其用於分散液相微萃取中的萃取劑,與高效液相色譜聯用,研究功能化離子液體對水基體樣品中痕量極性有機物(如酚)的萃取及富集作用。根據功能化離子液體的結構描述符(陽離子種類、陰離子種類、結構對稱性等)和萃取效能描述符(富集因子和萃取回收率),結合溶質的描述符(偶極矩和pK值等),運用化學計量學方法,探討離子液體各描述符與萃取效能的相關性,獲取離子液體對富集酚類化合物的構-效關係規律。在上述相關性模型的指導下,預測新型功能化離子液體的萃取性能,針對特定分析物,設計和定製最優的功能化離子液體,提高萃取富集效能。結合萃取體系的熱力學性質與微觀結構,探討離子液體-分散液相微萃取相關萃取機理。本課題對發展痕量物質的微萃取新體系具有重要的學術意義和實際套用價值。
