為配合《劍橋兒童英語》一書的課堂教學，幫助學生鞏固課堂上的學習成果，我們特編寫了《劍橋小兒英語同步練習》，並與其主教材配套出版。 《劍橋少兒英語同步練習》是對教材所學內容的補充和擴展，但又區別於教材中的課堂練習部分（即教材中的第4-8部分）。教材中的課堂練習是在教師或家長的指導下進行，而“同步練習”要求學生獨立完成，老師或家長可以檢查指導。課堂練習主要注重聽、說方面的練習，體現即學即練即用；“同步練習”則是“聽、說、讀、寫”全面的基礎練習。 《劍橋少兒英語同步練習》共分三級，分別與三級主教材相配套，每級分為上、下冊，對應主教材中的主課。每課編有7或8道練習題，主要圍繞教材中的學習主題進行練習，練習所涉及的內容即單詞、句型等均不超出本級大綱範圍，注重於鞏固基礎知識，提高語言實際套用能力。 希望同學們在學好課堂教學內容的同時，認真做好課後練習。
