劉韞滔,男,博士,博士後。江南大學博士畢業,美國塔夫茲大學博士聯合培養,中國食品科學技術學會青年工作委員會委員,第十三批四川省學術和技術帶頭人後備人選,四川農業大學引進人才。

現為四川農業大學食品學院教授、博士生導師。

科研綜述

主要從事功能性多糖相關的科研工作,先後主持和參與國家自然科學基金、中國博士後科學基金、四川省重點研發項目、四川省套用基礎研究計畫等國家和省部級項目20餘項;發表論文30餘篇(單篇最高影響因子16.806),包括Advanced Science、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Food&function、Carbohydrate Polymer、Journal of Functional Foods和Industrial Crops and Products等食品行業內主流期刊,出版專著2部,參與國家級規劃教材編寫1部,授權國家發明專利9件。
