劉耿耿,男,1988年生,福建南安人,就職於福州大學數學與計算機科學學院,副教授,博士生導師,旗山學者,CCF高級會員,中國計算機學會首屆積體電路設計專業組委員,中國計算機學會信息系統專委會委員,福建省人工智慧學會理事。

劉耿耿,CCF高級會員,IEEE會員,CAA會員,CCF YOCSEF福州AC委員(學術秘書),《Biosensors》、《EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking》等SCI期刊的客座編輯,CCF DAC 2020 網站主席,WISA 2020 出版主席,WISA 2019/2020 Session Chair, WISA 2019/2020 程式委員會委員。《IEEE Transaction on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems》、《Applied Soft Computing》等國內外期刊的審稿專家。
主要從事計算智慧型及其套用、積體電路設計算法趨試辯拔、機器學習等方面的研究。主持1項國家自然科學基金面上項目、1項國家自然科學基金青年項目等6個項目,並參與了5項國家自然科學基金科研項目,在《IEEE Transaction on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》、《ACM Transactions on Design Automation of Electronic Systems》、《Expert Systems With Applications》、《Soft Computing》、《IEEE ACCESS》、《Applied Mathematics and Computation》、《SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences》邀糊喇、《Frontiers of Computer Science》、《自動化學報》、《計算機輔助設計與圖形學學報》、《模式識別與人工智慧》等國內外權威刊物和國際會議上發表60多篇學術論文,其中JCR一區16篇諒永,JCR二區3篇,中科院一區4篇,中科院二區9篇,並申請發明專利 37件,其中授權4件, 獲軟體著作權9項。

指導學生在ISPD 2018、ISPD2019、ICCAD2019等國際積體電路設計競賽中分別獲全球第3名、第3名、並列第4名。指導研究生獲WISA 2020最佳學生論文。指導研究生獲研究生國家獎學金4人次。指導或協助指導博士墊譽蒸旬生、研究生和本科生多次獲得福州大學優秀研究生學位論文、優秀本科畢業論文等。指導學生獲批大學生創新創業訓練計畫(SRTP)項目4項(國家級1項,省級1項,校級2項)。2014年6月至2014年12月,2017年7月至2018年6月、2019年7月至2019年8月前往台灣清華大學分別擔任為期半年、一年、一個多月的客座研究員。
