劉耿耿,博士生導師,旗山學者,副教授,CCF高級會員,諒永IEEE會員,CAA會員,CCF YOCSEF福州AC委員(學術秘書),《Biosensors》、《EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking》等SCI期刊的客座編輯,IEEE TrustCom 2021的Workshop General Chair、ICCE-TW 2021的Session Chair,CCF DAC 2020 網站主席,WISA 2020 出版主席辨格慨,WISA 2019和WISA2020 Session Chair。《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems》、《ACM Transactions on Design Automation of Electronic Systems》、《Knowledge-Based Systems》、《Applied Soft Computing》等國內外期刊的審稿專家。
