劉清君，男，1975年4月生，甘肅平涼人，浙江大學生物醫學工程與儀器科學學院生物醫學工程學系教授。 2006年畢業於浙江大學生物醫學工程與儀器科學學院，獲博士學位。

2006年畢業於浙江大學生物醫學工程與儀器科學學院，獲博士學位。
2006年至2007年曾赴香港理工大學醫療科技及諮詢學系，訪問學者。
2011年至2012年赴美國伊利諾伊大學香檳分校（UIUC），訪問學者。
