劉海虹，男，1962年8月生，漢族，湖北武漢人，本科學歷、學士學位。現任武漢市社會科學院金融研究所所長、研究員，武漢市政協委員，武漢市民建副主委。

個人簡介
長期從事金融改革與發展問題的研究，在本專業領域研究成果豐碩。2001年6月獲得研究員資格，2002年被評為市管優秀專家。2005年加入民建。
個人貢獻
劉海虹同志長期從事金融改革與發展問題的研究，在本專業研究中視角較廣，選題較新，完成了一些具有較高學術水平的專著和論文。先後在《金融研究》、《管理世界》、《世界經濟》、《財貿經濟》、《數量經濟技術經濟研究》等國家級學術刊物上獨立發表論文50餘篇，10多篇論文被人大報刊複印資料轉載。在中國經濟出版社等國家級出版社獨立出版學術專著5本，主持省市課題20餘項。
近年來，劉海虹依託其學術專長和研究成果，連續多年帶頭承接了多項市委、市政府發布的課題，在提高我院課題質量、為市委市政府服務方面發揮了積極作用。

Liu Haihong, male, was born in August 1962 in Wuhan. He graduated from Wuhan University, BA in Economics. He is now the director and the researcher of Institute of Finance of Wuhan Academy of Social Sciences. (He got an exceptional promotion in December 2000 for the researcher). He was listed on “the cross-century academic leaders” in Wuhan City in 2000, was named a middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Wuhan City in 2002. His professional affiliations are as follows: the vice chairman of Wuhan of China Democratic National Construction Association, the standing member of Wuhan of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of Senior Titles Selection Committee of Wuhan Social Science Series.
Mr. Liu Haihong has been engaging in researching financial reform and development issues for a long term. He has completed a batch of professional monographs and articles with high academic level of wide-viewing angles and newer topics. He has published over 50 papers independently on the State-level academic magazines such as Financial Research, Management World Ecnomy, Finance and Trade Economics, Number Economic Technical Economic Research, was copied more than 10 papers by Copied Materials of Renmin University, published 5 academic monographs independently by The national Press, China Economic Publishing House, presided over more than 20 provincial and municipal subjects.
In recent years, relying on their academic expertise and research results, f Liu Haihong has undertaken a number of municipal government released the subjects, playing a positive role for improving the quality of our academic topics and the services for the municipal government.
