劉永學(南京大學地理信息科學系教授)

劉永學,1976年生,江蘇揚州市人,博士,教授、博士生導師。2004年獲南京大學地圖學與地理信息系統博士學位,主要從事海岸海洋遙感與GIS套用研究。先後入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫”入選者(2012),江蘇省傑出青年基金獲得者(2016),江蘇省333人才工程中青年學術技術帶頭人(2016)。

主持國家自然科學基金項目、國家863重點項目課題、863項目/國家重點研發項目子課題等;主要負責國土資源大調查項目、國家行業公益項目等項目20餘項;發表學術論文100餘篇,其中SCI論文40餘篇、計算機與技術學科類EI論文30餘篇、一級學報論文10餘篇;參與制定國家行業標準1部;申請國家發明專利17項,其中已授權12項(其中,第一發明人6項);登記軟體著作權7項;獲國家科學技術進步獎二等獎(2014,4/15),地理信息科技進步獎一等獎(國家測繪地理信息局,2013,4/10)、測繪科技進步獎一等獎(國家測繪局,2009,3/9)、“十一五”測繪地理信息優秀青年貢獻獎(國家測繪地理信息局,2011)、測繪地理信息教學成果獎二等獎(國家測繪地理信息局,3/7)等獎項。
