劉榮華，男，博士，南京大學物理學院教授、博士生導師；2009年獲中國科學院院長特別獎。

2002-2006年 中南大學 套用物理學，獲理學學士學位;

2006-2011年 中國科學技術大學 凝聚態物理，獲理學博士學位;

2011-2014年 美國埃默里大學 物理系，從事博士後研究工作;

2015-2016年 美國Cryomagnetics超導磁體公司，套用科學家;

2016年被聘為南京大學物理學院教授。

在Nature、Nature Materials、Nature Communications、Physical Review Letters、Physical Review B等國際學術期刊上，以主要作者身份發表論文50餘篇，引用率6000多次，h因子30。

研究領域

主要從事新型自旋極化材料和新奇物性的探索，並利用納米自旋電子學器件的設計、製備和微弱電磁信號及高頻微波探測手段對電子自旋自由度在納米尺度下進行量子調控的探索和物理研究。
