研究領域

①天然抗癌藥物開發;②食品營養與健康;③活性肽提取及功能食品。作為項目負責人獲得教學及科研項目立項10餘項,獲得課題經費資助100餘萬元。其中,主持省部級以上項目2項:國家自然科學基金項目1項,上海市自然科學基金面上項目1項;作為科學骨幹參與國家自然科學基金項目4項。研究成果已在Frontiers in Pharmacology,Nucleic Acids Research,Cell Research,FASEB J,Marin Drugs,Journal of Biological Chemistry,CEPP 等國際知名學術期刊上發表, 其中作為第一作者發表影響因子>10的科研論文2篇。目前擔任《JoVE》客座編輯,《食品研究與開發》青年委員。
