1997年—2000年：西南交通大學副教授, 2000年—2004年底：新加坡國立大學IHPC研究所和新加坡南洋理工大學MPE Research Scientist, 2004年6月至今：南京航空航天大學套用力學教授、博士生導師。

主講過《工程力學》、《材料力學》、《彈性力學》、《高等彈性理論》、《塑性理論》、《板殼理論》、《張量分析》、《非線性連續介質力學》、《非線性隨機振動》等力學專業本科、碩、博士生課程。
