劉俊穎

劉俊穎，女，天津大學管理與經濟學部教授，博士生導師，英國雷丁大學工程管理博士，瑞典查爾姆斯理工大學訪問學者，風險雙創聯盟首席專家。華夏建設科學技術獎獲得者、天津市應急管理專家、天津市政府投資項目評審中心專家、國家級精品課《國際工程契約管理》主講教師、英國皇家特許建造學會（CIOB）中國北方區管理委員會委員、中國建築學會工程管理研究分會青年委員、國際期刊《International Journal of Construction Management》編委會委員、中文核心期刊《國際經濟合作》常務理事。專注工程風險管理的教學和研究工作，應邀為多家國際承包商進行國際工程項目風險管理培訓。主持包括《國際工程風險管理投入決策最佳化研究》《國際工程項目匯率風險管理指南》《境外基礎設施投資及產業園區建設模式分析》《國際工程EPC項目保險管理全過程及最佳實踐研究》在內的國家自然科學基金項目、省部級項目、企業橫向項目多項；開發的兩篇案例——《國際EPC項目“步步驚心”，風險管理“保駕護航”》和《“敢問路在何方”中國國際承包商的海外市場開發》分別入選全國百篇優秀管理案例；出版著作《國際工程EPC項目風險管理》《國際工程風險管理》和《國際工程項目管理實操》、《工程管理研究前沿與趨勢》、譯著《項目中的風險管理》；以第一作者或通訊作者與英國、瑞典、新加坡、澳洲、香港學者合作研究發表SCI、SSCI收錄期刊論文二十餘篇。

工程管理學科的教育觀點

工程管理是當前國內外最活躍的研究領域之一，目前此學科教育已經涵蓋全壽命周期的管理理念，隨著工程規模大型化、技術複雜化、管理現代化和投資國際化等新形勢，可持續發展、精益建造等思想以及信息技術的飛速發展也使得工程建設本身的內涵更加豐富且多樣化，這一方面為傳統以建設階段為導向的工程管理教育研究提出了挑戰，另一方面也為此領域的發展提供了更廣闊的空間，在未來的發展過程中，學生需要從管理、心理、金融、社會學等不同的視角來看待工程管理領域的問題。而中國建設業“走出去”趨勢的升級和“一帶一路”的深度融合也為我們提供了很多有價值的研究問題，高素質的風險、契約管理人才將一直都是工程管理培養的重點方向。

同時工程管理是一門實踐性強的交叉學科，本人多年來一直從事工程領域的風險管理研究工作，尤其專注於“一帶一路”背景下中國承包商走出去在海外項目實施過程中風險管理、契約管理、保險管理等。隨著國家“一帶一路”的不斷推進，我們所碰到的工程系統性問題更加複雜、工程遠超過建設行為本身影響，更多地體現了國家戰略與新興產業的發展動向。專注於為工程管理領域培養出更多懂風險、懂法律、懂契約的複合型人才一直是工程管理專業之目的，而這樣的人才對我國的工程管理水平的提升、國際承包能力的加強和投融資的開拓等都有相當積極的現實意義。
