劇情簡介

主人公瑪利亞·蒙蒂(阿紐林·巴納德飾)是一名十七歲的少年。他的父母突然離奇失蹤，讓生活發生了翻天覆地的變化，瑪利亞必須照顧自己以及年幼的弟弟菲利克斯。一天，菲利克斯被神秘的攻擊者綁架，瑪利亞不得不同古怪的冒險家Captain Charit(麥克·辛飾)結成同盟，去拯救自己的弟弟。他們離開了維多利亞時代的霧都倫敦，來到了帝國最遠端一座孤島，住進了一家名叫Prince Regent的旅店。走進去之後，瑪利亞發現了一個神奇的魔法世界，然而背後也隱藏著灰暗的秘密和危險的敵人，還有一隻神奇的能點石成金的寶盒。瑪利亞在Captain Charit的幫助之下，化解重重險阻最終解救弟弟，並且揭開了自己雙親失蹤事件的真相。
