冉齊鳴，中央財經大學中國金融發展研究院（CAFD）副院長、教授、博士生導師，香港嶺南大學（Lingnan University）經濟系副教授。他在美國紐約州立大學水牛城分校（University at Buffalo, the State University of New York）獲得碩士學位，之後在美國西弗尼吉亞大學（West Virginia University）攻讀經濟學博士，並獲得博士學位。冉教授是國際匯率體制專家，他的主要研究工作在總量經濟學、國際金融與金融市場，他已在國際著名刊物上發表多篇論文，包括“Journal of Comparative Economics”, “Southern Economic Journal”, “Australian Economic Papers” “Applied Economics”, “Economics Letters”等。冉教授曾任教於美國西維吉尼亞大學經濟系和金融系，他的教學經驗豐富，2002年榮獲香港嶺南大學優秀教學獎，2006年加入中央財經大學中國金融發展研究院，並一直為博士生、碩士生講授《高級計量經濟學》等課程。
冉教授的興趣廣泛，非常熱愛運動，如游泳、網球、羽毛球和桌球等，他亦是一名中國象棋的高手，經常和學生打成一片。
