全球漢字書法協會2015年成立於香港，本會致力於傳承與發揚世界文化的瑰寶；中華優秀傳統文化——漢字書法，兼學術研究和文化交流並行，創建國內一流的的協會組織。本協會以繼承和發揚漢字書法藝術的優秀傳統，堅持正確的發展方向，提倡藝術形式、風格、流派的多樣化。認真組織國內外書畫展覽等各種形式類別的書畫交流比賽，以及其他評獎活動。大力繁榮書畫創作、開展書畫理論研究，組織學術交流，加強編輯出版，推動書畫教育，培養書畫人才，壯大書畫隊伍。
本協會遵守世界各國的相關法律，按照本社團章程和專業特點開展書畫藝術創作、學術理論研究和相關的文化活動。本協會依據有關法律和本會章程保護會員的合法權益，建立相應權益保障組織機構。通過對書畫藝術品的鑑定、評估、展覽、出版、市場流通和各種交流活動加強與世界各地書畫藝術團體、書畫藝術家和書畫藝術品的交流與合作，弘揚和傳承世界各地漢字書法藝術文化，提高書畫藝術家的社會影響，為推動世界漢字書畫市場的繁榮作貢獻。
全球漢字書法協會總部設在香港，社團登記證號碼：（65075672-001-07-15-6）主要辦事機構設在北京。
協會設有常務委員會、顧問委員會、理事會、評審委員會、藝術委員會、學術部、宣傳部、培訓部、編輯部、網路部、外聯部、秘書處等。
Founded in 2015 in Hongkong, the global Chinese character calligraphy association is committed to the heritage and development of the world's culture, the Chinese excellent traditional culture - Chinese calligraphy, and academic research and cultural exchanges in parallel, to create the domestic first-class association. This association is to inherit and carry forward the fine tradition of the Chinese painting and calligraphy art of the world, adhere to the correct direction of development, promote the artistic form, style, genre of diversification. Carefully organized at home and abroad in various forms such as painting and calligraphy exhibition category exchange of calligraphy competition, and other activities. Vigorously promote the creation of painting, calligraphy and painting to carry out theoretical research, organize academic exchanges, strengthen the editing and publishing, promote painting and calligraphy education, training of painting and calligraphy talents, strengthen the painting team.
